Heute mal eine Aufgabe, die sich mit der persönlichen Organisation beschäftigt.
Mein Kleiner hat heute Vormittag mal wieder eine Impfung anstehen. Da dachte ich mir letztens, ich könnte ja auch selbst einen Blick in meinen eigenen Impfpass werfen und stellte fest, dass ich dringend eine Tetanus-Auffrischung gebrauchen könnte! Schnell beim Kinderarzt angerufen und nachgefragt, ob ich mich da auch gleich impfen lassen kann. "Kein Problem" war die Antwort - also werde ich nachher auch gepiekst!

Aufgabe 8:

Wie so vielen geht es auch mir in der Adventszeit oft so, dass ich vor lauter Terminen nicht mehr weiß, wo mir der Kopf steht. Von "besinnlicher" Zeit keine Spur! Um dem Ganzen nicht noch mehr Termine hinzuzufügen, schaut doch mal

• ob bei Euch oder Euren Kindern in diesem Jahr noch irgendwelche Vorsorgeuntersuchungen anstehen, die man im November noch erledigen könnte? Zahnarzt? Gynäkologe? Kinderarzt? Augenarzt? Hautkrebsvorsorge? Impfungen?
• ob man vielleicht auch schon im November zum Friseur (falls nötig) gehen kann?
• ob das Auto noch zur Inspektion oder zum TÜV muss?

Today I have a "personal" challenge for you.
My little one will get a vaccination today. And I found out that I really need a tetanus shot, too. I called my son's pediatrician to find out, if I - as a parent - can get my tetanus shot there. "No problem" was the answer - so I'll also get a vaccination today.

Every year in December I have so many appointments that I don't really get to enjoy the Holiday Season. In order to not add any more appointments to that busy time of the year, think about

• if you or your children have any medical check-ups coming up that still need to be done this year? Dentist, gynecologist, pediatrician, eye specialist, skin cancer screening, vaccinations?
• if you could get your haircut already in November?
• if your car needs service?

Can you think of anything else? Take your phone and get that appointment now! Let's try to make Christmas Time a time of peace and harmony!
